As far as I can see, Holwell is in the area described as: “Superfast broadband expected to become available in parts of this area by spring 2016.” Unfortunately, that still tells us very little. I haven’t heard back from LCC/BT on a date for a meeting I’ve requested with them to find out more. I’ll keep pushing.
